Our production facility
Our contracted facility is specializing in high qulity stainless steel components were the production technique is to cast a rough shape that is then machined and polished to its final form. A waxmould is created in an aluminium tooling. This waxmould is then used to make the actual casting in wich we pour the molten stainless steel. Both the wax and the excess steel is of course being recycled in our effort to maximize effifency, and minimize impact. The rough cast shapes are then transferred to our machine- and polish shop.
